Soupy Noodles

There is nothing that a bowl of noodles can't fix.
Noodles are my go-to food during cold winter or rainy season. This instantly adds the warmth that the body craves. This is my mood fixer and time saver when I no time to cook in detail. 
Noodles is sure a no brainer. Read on to know the recipe and cooking hacks to make it no time.


Ingredients :

  •  Noodle - a cup/one serving
  •  Pepper powder - 1 tsp 
  •  Salt - as needed 
  • vegetable - 1 cup(any vegetable of choice)
  • Water/Veg/chicken broth - 2 cups 

Instructions:

  • Boil Water/broth in a saucepan 
  • Add in the noodle and cook for 3 minutes or until is half done
  • Now add the vegetable mix(carrot/beans/peas/corn/broccoli/bell pepper)
  • Now add a tsp of curry powder if you are into the flavor of spices. - Optional
  • Mix everything and cook for 2 more mins or until it is 90% cooked. 
  • It will cook completely in the retained heat
  • Serve hot with salt and pepper topping. 

Hack #1 

Add all ingredients in the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles; open and serve

Add all ingredients in the instant pot and cook for 3 minutes manual; NR and serve
